BINX the MOUSER!

so earlier today i come downstairs, and like
my usual routine, i get settled in for a
long haul at the pc...

i noticed binx was behind me... playing with
what i thought to be one of my hair ties
(she likes to bat them back and forth and
run around with them in her mouth).

anyways...
i look closer and see that binx has been
batting around a dead baby mouse [img]tongue.gif[/img]

the body of the thing was maybe 1.5 inches
at most... so i know it was a baby...
and it hadn't been dead very long as it
was still er..... limp.

a few nights prior, i noticed binx was
continuously lurking around the area beneath
my dishwasher...
and thinking she was just imagining seeing
an insect or something... i paid it no mind.

so now i know she musta been hearing things
or saw the mouse.

well... its dead now....

the only thing is....

it was a baby [img]eek.gif[/img]

wonder where momma is....

Ours brings in these small field mice,
which happens quite often because we live near the fields.

nope... she's not....

she doesn't really like going outside...
as i have brought her out in my backyard before.

don't get me wrong... she likes to step out...
but she quickly gets intimidated and wants
to run back in... [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Trade ya kats as mine brings in snakes and half alive birds and let em go in the house only to fight and chase after them with the other 2 kats. [img]confused.gif[/img]

my other cat, matty, likes to chase bugs that
get in on accident....

they are both good at taking care of bugs when
i'm just to pussy to do it myself....

i feed the cats soft canned food every other day,
and when its soft food day... i'll call them
*HERE KITTY KITTY KITTY* and they know its soft
food day.... and they come runnin....

so when i see a bug, i'll make the same call...
and they come runnin... half expecting to get
some soft food... but just as satisfied to see
a new game [img]tongue.gif[/img]
